- Knowledge is power – The more you understand your problem, the better results you’ll get. That’s the reason for our information-rich environment and patient education tools. Ask questions and get involved; we’re here to help you!
- Get adequate rest – Our bodies heal and repair during sleep. Aim for seven to eight hours of quality sleep each night. Try to sleep on your back or side on a medium-to-firm mattress and a high-quality pillow (need one? let us measure you for the perfect fit!)
- Feed & move your body well – Fill your plate with colorful, nutrient-dense foods and lean proteins. Avoid highly processed and packaged foods as much as possible. Staying hydrated by drinking clean, pure water will support waste removal and encourage healthy joints and nerve transmission. Move your body as much as your condition/pain levels allow. Gentle exercise is often better than inactivity when it comes to healing.
- Lean on our experience – Our recommendations were personalized for you with the goal being to break unhealthy misalignment patterns and restore strength and stability. Each visit builds on the next, so stick with it!
- Stay hopeful – Many health problems result from a process that requires many months or even years to unfold. Creating a lasting change can take just as long (or longer). Keep a positive attitude and remain optimistic. We are!
