
At the end of every year, we tend to look back and take stock of what has happened. Also around this time during the holiday season from Halloween to Christmas, everything seems like a blur. Time moves at a million miles an hour, so it is very easy to lose track and stray off course because we’re busy and distracted.
But let’s finish the year strong!
Don’t lose all the gains from the past year in the very last month! On January 1st, you don’t want to wonder what if or have any regrets. The last mile or two in a marathon is the hardest but when you cross that finish line there isn’t a better feeling in the world. So hang tough! Don’t let the stress and busyness get the best of you. Go for that run/walk! Say no to that extra helping of cake/pie! Drink your water! Get that sleep!
