Maybe you noticed, maybe you didn’t…but it’s been two weeks since I’ve gotten an email out to you. I usually send them every Monday morning. It’s not only the way we alert our patients of any upcoming changes to our normal schedule, but we also strive to provide relevant and helpful information for those of you looking to make gains in your health and well-being.
So here’s the deal – sometimes we fall out of our normal routine. I get it. We get busy, our rhythm gets disrupted, and other tasks demand our attention.
This seems especially true for things that make us better.
We skip a workout.
We stay up too late a few too many days in a row.
We eat the whole tub of ice cream.
But here’s the good news…we can always get back in the saddle. Start the winning streak over again. It won’t be the first time we falter along the path, but we can always, at any time, choose to begin again.
As the saying goes, fall down 7 times, get up 8.
