Stop where you are! Don’t get too far ahead. At the beginning of the year, we are very eager to jump ahead to what we want to do next. We get into “new year, new you” mode!
But before we do that, let’s take account of the past year. Investigate the debits and credits. Make sure you know your strengths and weakness. Are there any lessons you can apply to this new year?
What brought you joy? What do you want to do less of or more of? Any strategies you can repeat?
Take a moment to look back so your steps forward are confident and successful!
Yours in good health,
Dr. Jane
