
Be fierce with self-care.
When you treat yourself better, the world starts to take notice. When you put a premium on the habits that make you a better you, life starts to open up. When you take care of yourself, youre able to take care of others.
But it starts with you.
Theres no glory in burning yourself out. There’s nothing to gain in the long run.
Find what makes you feel good, and dig in.
At this point for me, its morning yoga, coffee, and a healthy breakfast. Its time outside each day. Its getting enough sleep and making sure I’m done with screen-time at least an hour before bed. Its scheduled visits to my chiropractor, acupuncturist, and massage therapist. Its making sure I dont put myself in a position to say: Im so busy.
Be stubborn. Make it non-negotiable.
Choose the things that bring you closer to what you know you could be.
